All learning sessions begin with the Performance Agreement, which is a group reading of expectations of individual responsibility. We then join the horses as they begin to assist us in making metaphorical bridges through a series of experiences and observations. Each experience involves journaling and Interactive Group Discussions. The foundation course takes you into the study of body language and communication. You will discover a very personal level of congruency in your current life situation using affirmations and intentions that are then mirrored through the horse. We observe Herd Dynamics, meet the horses through Mutual Choosing, become physically involved by Energy Grooming, and culminate with a Leadership Walk.

Just being in the space of a magnificent 1,200 pound horse can change your perspective. However, this program is specifically designed to raise individual levels of awareness in the areas of communication and body language, while developing leadership skills.

After our continuity greeting, the sessions begin with the Performance Agreement. During this course we move further into the dynamics of intention, mind, body and spirit along with the concept of energy. Affirmations are revisited and aligned to current life situations. The horses then will respond to our intentions through Mutual Choosing and Energy Grooming. The Round Pen Communication feedback from your horse will give you amazing insights as to where you are in your personal goals. We now begin to take a serious look at Alpha Leadership, Power vs. Force, and Energy Alliance with regard to our leadership skill set. Taking your horse through labyrinth on an Imaginary Leadline, will offer additional insights to our leadership skill set. Communication and analysis of individual information processing preferences are then observed through Herd Dynamics. Journaling and creating an action plan using information gained during these interactions becomes part of the process for continued personal growth.
